We are of the view that as the petitioner has already availed revisional jurisdiction, it is for the petitioner to approach the revisional authority seeking any interim order in this matter. The 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
