Prayer is made for directing police authorities to take steps which would permit petitioners to ingress and egress through common gate peacefully. 3) Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 9th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge Bishnupur Police Station, Bankura and same is taken on record. Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioners. 4) It is disclosed in communication dated 9th September, 2026 that after filing of this writ petition on 2 25th August, 2026 a complaint was lodged on 1st September, 2026 before concerned police authority and based on such complaint FIR was registered being Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 277/26 dated 1st September, 2026. 5) In view of registration of FIR, concerned police authorities are directed to take steps in accordance with law and file report before jurisdictional Magistrate. 6) Concerned police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and see that no untoward incident takes place. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
