Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without pressing for the remaining prayers, he is only pressing his Prayer (A) which reads us under:- “A) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Debt Recovery Tribunal to expeditiously adjudicate MA No. 116/2018(for recall of the ex parte order dated 25.06.2018) along with and IA No. 3114/2022(for early hearing) within time-bound manner;” 4.
