JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed by the appellant/husband being aggrieved by the direction to pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the wife and the child towards permanent alimony. In pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court, the appellant has already deposited Rs.5,00,000/- before the trial Court. The respondent/wife and the son are at liberty to withdraw the said amount forthwith. 2.
