3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2087 of 2017 ORDER:
Though the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasions, i.e., on 17.06.2026 and 22.06.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner. 2. The present Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2017 challenging the docket order dated 06.11.2015 passed in E.P. No.42 of 2010 in O.S. No.58 of 1987. It is pertinent to note that O.S. No.58 of 1987 was decreed on 04.11.1992. 3.
In view of the continuous absence of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. _______________________________ VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA, J 24th June, 2026 cbn Whether the order is: Speaking
