The said I.A.No.1/2024 was filed seeking direction to the State Authorities to pay salary to the petitioner pursuant to her reinstatement in service. As the said order allegedly has not been complied with, this contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.10589/2023 on I.A.No.1/2024. 3. The Block Development Officer has filed an affidavit stating therein that the primary school where the complainant has been working is neither a Government School nor an aided Government School and therefore, there cannot be any responsibility of the State Authorities for payment of salary on reinstatement of the complainant. 4. However, the complainant may take recourse to the appropriate remedy if she is so advised against the Committee of Management of the school for payment of salary if she is otherwise entitled to.
