This petition is filed to quash the complaint in FIR No.92/2026 registered before the Hassan City Police. 4. The offence alleged are under Sections 318(4) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a vague reference to the petitioner in the complaint stating that some amount was paid to the account of the petitioner and another person by name Akram Khan. Learned HCGP would submit that the matter requires investigation. 7. Since the petitioner has stated that he is ready to co-operate and furnish all his bank details to the Investigating Agency, there shall be an appropriate notice to the petitioner by the Investigating Agency. The Petitioner shall produce all the documents in support of his case. After considering the same, appropriate report shall be filed. 8. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 9. Merely because the complaint is not quashed, that does not mean that the Court has reflected anything against the petitioner. All contentions are kept open to be investigated.
