It appears from the report that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered and investigation is in progress. With regard to the MP Case being no. 438 of 2024 dated June 04, 2024, enquiry has been held and report submitted. The police authority submitted a prayer for continuation of investigation of the said case before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chanchol, Malda. The petition is pending consideration. The police authority has also registered FIR against the private respondents pursuant to a complaint lodged by the mother of the petitioner wherein investigation is going on. In view of the above, no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
