Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s bail was lastly rejected in CRM (M) 592 of 2026. 2. There has been no change of circumstances. 3. Learned Advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary. 4. I have taken into account the materials appearing against the present petitioner. 2 5. Having considered the same I am of the view that this is not a fit case to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 6. Learned Trial Court is directed to speed up the trial by exhausting the process of law and proceed with the stage of consideration of charges. 7. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M (M) 2078 of 2026 is dismissed. 8. Memo of evidence be kept with the record. 9. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 10.
