Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly placed other accused persons have been granted bail, although there has been recovery of 25 bottles of Eskuf Cough Syrup from the present petitioner. There were seizures from other accused persons also. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are three seizure lists and three seizures have been effected. However, so far as the other accused persons are concerned who have been granted bail are similarly situated as the present petitioner. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Abdul Momin be released on bail by the learned Special Court/Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused person
2 viz. Soleman Sk who has been granted bail on 06.08.2026 in CRM (NDPS) 1513 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1937 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
