Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case on the accusation of possessing 433 bottles of Eskuf Cough Syrup along with others. The petitioner is in custody for six and a half months. Charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no possibility of the trial to be concluded in the near future. 2. Learned advocate for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submits that sufficient quantity of cough syrup has been recovered. 2 3. I have taken into account the quantum of seizure and is of the opinion that Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted and as such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1962 of 2026 is dismissed. 5. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
