Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if the arrears are not paid to him. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
