1. Petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 3 is being selected for the Medical Technologist (ECG), Malda MCH SSB but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner no. 3 along with his father, sister and brother from voter list the authorities are not providing the documents to the petitioner no. 3 to join his duty at the appointed place. He submits that the petitioner no. 3 along with the father, sister and brother have already preferred an appeal and the appeal is pending before the appellate Tribunal. He prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for dispose of the appeal as early as possible so as to enable the petitioner no. 3 to get the certificate from authorities to join the appointed post.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. This Court finds that the petitioner no. 3 has been appointed for the post of Medical Technologist (ECG), Malda MCH SSB but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioners from voter list the authorities are not allowing the petitioner no. 3 to join his duty.
5. In view of the above, the appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal of the petitioners and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
6. WPA 25575 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
