State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the present is the case of cash for job scam and the petitioner allegedly took a sum of RS. 10 lakh and failed to provide any job and not returned the money. Having considered the nature of the allegations, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. 2 Accordingly, CRM (A) 2692 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
