This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of accused-petitioners under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 25/2025 registered at Police Station Khetri Nagar, District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 329(3) & 110 of BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further [2026:RJ-JP:16209] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2605/2026] submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Manish Aliash Manesh and Rakesh Bagadiya have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 22.01.2026 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.237/2026; there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioners. He further submits that injuries sustained by Ram Singh and Banarsi Davi are attributed to co-accused Prakash and Shishram, therefore, prays that the petitioners may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS.. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that co-accused namely Manish Aliash Manesh and Rakesh Bagadiya have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioners. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Vinod Devi W/o Prakash, Suvita Devi W/o Shishram, Sushila Devi W/o Maniram and Anita Devi W/o Dileep, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station in FIR No. 25/2025 on the following conditions:- [2026:RJ-JP:16209] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2605/2026] (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and; (iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
