By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 947/2017, registered with the Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Jaipur (West) for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 387, 389, 420, 467, 468, & 471 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report furnished by the SHO Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Jaipur (West), submits that after investigation, the police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.14, Jaipur Metropolitan on 24.12.2018. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause [2026:RJ-JP:16668] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6253/2018] of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the instant petition, hence, the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
