The said notice was assailed in the present Writ Petition on the ground that the respondent authorities have not considered the representation dated 24.02.2016. This Court has granted interim orders directing the respondents to maintain status quo on 03.03.2016 for a period of seven (7) weeks. And the said direction was expired long back. Without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the explanation offered by the petitioner to the notice dated 19.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Till such time, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo, if the petitioner is not vacated from the subject property of the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
