POONACHA ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: ” (a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction setting aside the Enquiry Report dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure-A) submitted by the Respondent No.3 -Enquiry Officer under Section 25 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, in so far as it relates to the Petitioner Society; b) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction setting aside the Interim Order dated 27.10.2025 in No. DRM:C11:Section 25:01:2025-26 (Annexure-Q) passed by the Respondent No.2 under Section 25(1) of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 and all proceedings taken pursuant thereto, in so far as they relate to the Petitioner Society; c) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order direct the Respondents No.1 and Respondent no.2 to consider the representation filed the Petitioner Society dated 27.02.2026 (Annexure-X) and pass appropriate order upon providing sufficient opportunity to the Petitioner Society, in accordance with law; e) Grant such other writ/s, order/s or direction/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity." A memo dated 19.08.2026 to the said effect has also been filed, which reads as under: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The Impleading Applicant submits that State Government by order dated 17/8/2026 in G.O.No.C.O.35 CSR 2026 in exercise of his power under section 27(A) as appointed Administrator to the petitioner society rendering the above petition infructuous as such prays to dispose the above petition in the ends of justice.
