Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to produce the entire record leading to the issuance of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order Annexure P-1. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to relieve the petitioner from the present place of posting. 10.4 Any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Senior Agriculture Development Officer and posted at Ambikapur District Sarguja (C.G.) is transferred under the office of Deputy Director, Agriculture, Balrampur. He submits that in place of petitioner, no one has been transferred and according to his instruction, post of Senior Agriculture Development Officer at transferred place is occupied by other officials. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in the transfer policy, in house mechanism is provided for redressal of grievance as raised in this writ petition of submitting a representation before the Committee constituted under transfer policy, however, petitioner has not availed that remedy available under transfer policy. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit representation before the Committee constituted under transfer policy and the concerned Committee is directed to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest. 3 5. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before the Committee constituted under transfer policy raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such representation is submitted, the concerned Committee is directed to consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of four weeks from the date of of receipt of representation. 6.
