Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is for partition. Though the petitioner and his counsel were present before the trial court on 12.02.2025, the suit came to be dismissed without assigning any reason. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.243 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Till such time, the defendants are restrained from alienating the property. 4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
