In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the Khata in the name of the petitioner, in respect of the subject land, based on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.89/2013 on the file of the Senior Principal Civil Judge and J.M.F.C, Mangaluru and the sale deed said to have been executed, on 24.06.2015 produced at Annexure - A to the writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010092642025 NC: 2026:KHC:50078 WP No. 6261 of 2025 2. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration that the respondents - Authorities are seeking 11E sketch, I am of the view that the petitioner be permitted to survey the land in question through a licensed Surveyor and thereafter, produce the same to the respondents - Authorities to change the Khata in respect of the land in question, in terms of the registered sale deed dated 24.06.2015 (Annexure - A). 3. In the event, if the petitioner produces the sketch made by the licensed Surveyor in respect of the subject land and submits the same to the competent Authority, the same shall be considered by the respondents - Authorities, within a period of two months thereafter. 4.
