The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Call for the entire records in C.C.No. 554/2021 pending on before the Civil Judge and JMFC, Nagamangala for the offence punishable under section 447 and 506 of IPC of the Nagamangala Rural Police; b. Quash the entire criminal proceedings in CC.No.554/2021 as per Annexure- A pending before the Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Nagamangala for the offence p/u/s. 447, 506 of IPC of the respondent no.1 Nagamangala Rural Police Station in Crime No.62/2021, by allowing the above petition. c. To pass any other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. 2. Learned HCGP is directed to inform the jurisdiction in Investigating Officer to investigate the matter properly and take into consideration all the documents submitted by respondent No.2. 4. The prosecutor is also put on notice to place all the documents before the Court when the prosecution in the matter takes place. With the above observation petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
