By means of the present application, the Applicant seeks permission to carry out correction/amendment in the bail application by incorporating Sections 87, 140(1), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. It is further prayed that the said correction be also reflected in the judgment and order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court. 5. Having considered the submissions advanced and perused the record, this Court finds that the correction sought is formal in nature and does not affect the merits of the case. Accordingly, the Correction Application is allowed. 6. Let the necessary correction be carried out in the bail application as well as in the judgment and order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court. 7.
