JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice Battu Devanand, J)
Heard Sri C.Subodh, the learned counsel for the appellant and Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
2. As per the direction of this Court, dated 16.06.2026, the appellant and the respondent personally present before this Court. The appellant and the respondents are wife and husband. Originally, the respondent filed a petition in FCOP No.47 of 2008 under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking to dissolve the marriage between both of them on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nellore. The said OP was decreed by the Judge, Family Court, Nellore vide decree and order, dated 21.11.2008. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal is filed by the wife. This appeal is pertaining to the year 2008. During pendency of the appeal, both the parties amicably resolved the issues between them and they joined together and living together.
3. The appellant and the respondent, who are physically present before this Court, on inquiry, they clearly confirmed that there is re-union between them and they are living together and sought to record the same and to close

this appeal by setting aside the decree and order passed by the Judge, Family Court, Nellore in FCOP No.47 of 2008.
4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the
submissions of the respective counsels and the statement made by the appellant and the respondent across the Bench, in our considered opinion as the appellant and respondent settled the issues between them and living together, no further adjudication is required in this present appeal.
5. Accordingly, based on the statements made by the parties on record, this appeal can be disposed of by setting aside the decree and order, dated 21.11.2008 in FCOP No.47 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nellore, in the interest of justice.
6. Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is disposed of and FCOP NO.47 of 2008 is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
