Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is better placed than the other accused person namely Anikul Sk who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1537 of 2026. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there has been recovery of 73 bottles of Codeine Phosphate. Although there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. 3. Memo of evidence does not reflect that there are any antecedents of the present petitioner. As such prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. 2 4. Petitioner, namely, Masidur Rahaman, be released on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Anikul Sk in CRM (NPDS) 1537 of 2026. 5. Accordingly, C.R.M (NDPS) 1736 of 2026 is allowed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
