After hearing both sides, the matter was reserved, but immediately learned counsel for the petitioner orally sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, but this Court directed the petitioner to file a proper letter or memo or petition requesting permission of this Court for withdrawal.
Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 09.06.2026 requesting to list the matter before concrend bench for withdrawal of the Writ Petiton with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition whenever necessary to the benefit of petitioner society. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the writ petitioner as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
