Hooghly to the learned Additional District Judges at Barasat. 4. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed in Chandannagar Court, by the husband/opposite party herein. 5. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Vill-Basina, Panchanantala, P.O. 2 2 Rajarhat, Bishnupur, P.S.-Rajarhat, Kolkata-700 135. 6. Keeping in mind the convenience of the parties and as they have no children, Matrimonial Suit No. 184 of 2022 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Chandannagar, Dist. Hooghly and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24-Parganas. 7. Learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 8. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 9.
