The revisional application has been preferred by the plaintiff/petitioner praying for transfer of Title Suit No. 474 of 2017 from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas. 5. It is the contention of the petitioner that as he was residing at Chinsurah at the time of institution of the suit the Title Suit was filed in Hooghly Court. 6. It is submitted that at present the petitioner resides at Patharpratima, South 24 Parganas and thus prays for transfer of the case to Kakdwip. 7. It appears that the Cooperative Society is located at Sonarpur, South 24 Parganas. 8. Accordingly, the Title Suit No. 474 of 2017 be withdrawn from the Court of learned 2 2 Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly and be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. 9. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 10. CO 2644 of 2026 is disposed of. 11. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 12. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
