Mina Nonia Mr. Ravindra Kumar Pathak Mr. Kunal Ganguly Mr. Subhodip Maity ..for the petitioner On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave is granted to the learned advocate on record to amend the cause title of the civil revisional application, here and now. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman to dispose of Act VIII Case No. 17 of 2023 (CIS No. 47 of 2023) expeditiously. From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that the hearing of the petition dated 3rd August, 2026 is fixed on 20th August, 2026. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 28th September, 2026 has been fixed for further evidence of the witness of the petitioner. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing 2 for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 3128 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman to make an endeavour to dispose of pending interlocutory application as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and thereafter make an endeavour to dispose of Act VIII Case No. 17 of 2023 (CIS No. 47 of 2023) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
