2. Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Addl. Advocate General, Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned AGA, assisted by Mr. J.P. Kandpal, learned Brief Holder and Mr. Vijay Khanduri, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. This bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.614 of 2024 dated 28.09.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC registered at P.S. Patelnagar, District Dehraudn.
4. Heard Mr. Harsh Vardhan Dhanik, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that applicant is a cancer patient and has been undergoing treatment since 2019; her health condition is progressively deteriorating. He submits that there is no criminal history; applicant is in jail since 11.04.2025.
6. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application.
7. Having considered the submission of
learned counsel for the parties without expressing any opinion on the final merits of the case, the applicant deserves bail.
8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Shikha Sharma be
released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
9. Accordingly, the bail application stands
disposed of.
