By order dated 10.03.2026, this Court had directed the respondent to furnish the security while ordering notice to the respondent. The notice sent to the respondent is awaited. However, the private notice had been served on the respondent, and the name of the respondent had also been reflected in the cause- list. In spite of which, the respondent is neither present in the Court nor represented by an Advocate and he was called absent and set exparte. As the respondent had failed to respond by furnishing security and place any reasons as to why he is not bound to furnish the security, there shall be an order of attachment as prayed for. 3.
