Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6568 of 2026 has been filed to modify the condition No.5 (iii) imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police Station instead of Chengalpat Town Police Station in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.132 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD).No.5 of 2026 by an order dated 19.01.2026. 3. Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6570 of 2026 has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.19238 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No. 1245 of 2025 by an order dated 19.01.2026. 4. When this Court granted suspension of sentence, this Court imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioners will stay at Chengalpet and report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. These petitions have been filed to modify / relax the said condition. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 19.01.2026 ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.6567 to 6570 of 2026 onwards. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that for one of the accused person based on medical grounds, the condition was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6569 of 2026 dated 06.04.2026 to the effect that he will report before the respondent Police daily at 05.00 p.m. 6. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 05.00 p.m., until further orders are passed by this Court. 7. These petitions are disposed of accordingly.
