Learned Counsel produces the certified copy of the judgment dated 10th August, 2026 wherefrom it reveals that the Trial Court declared the petitioner, Shruti Saha as not guilty under Sections 354A/506/509/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. She has been acquitted from the case under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3. In view of the above backdrop, CRR/2193/2023 is disposed of.
