The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 registered under Sections 111(2) (b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61 (2) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 and Sections 66(B) 66(C), 66(D) and 84 (C) of the Information & Technology Amendment Act, 2008, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-SPl. Judge cyber-crime Cases, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no transaction of any money and only one mobile with SIM has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 01.9.2025. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in Para 10 of the petition. He also submits that the charge sheet has also been submitted by the police. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of cyber crime. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 01.9.2025 and 2026:JHHC:997 2 the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 10 of the petition and also the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- SPl.
