After arguing for a while, the only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the instant petition is that he would feel satisfied in case the respondents are directed to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 23.12.2025, in a time-bound manner, which is pending adjudication before respondent Nos. 2 to 4. 2. Notice. 3. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Priyanka Bhat, learned counsel appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, and Ms. Monika Thakur, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, learned GA, waived notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. Since an innocuous prayer has been made, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition at the very threshold. 2 WP(C) No. 195/2026 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold by directing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner and placed on record in the instant petition as Annexure-II dated 23.12.2025, within a period of four weeks’ from the date a copy of this order along with the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondents, strictly under rules and as per law. 6.
