That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal. 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/ direction , thereby declare the petitioner eligible for grant of higher pay scale and direct the respondent university for considering the case of petitioner and granting him higher pay scale for which he ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.01.28 10:36:14 +0530 2 / 3 is presently entitled along with arrears of amount payable to the petitioner expeditiously within a stipulated period with interest. 3. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the costs of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Farm Manager (Agronomy/Soil Science) KVKs in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34,800 + GP Rs. 4200/-. He was posted at Krishi Vigyan Kendar, Janjgir Champa (C.G.) vide appointment order dated 07.10.2014. He also submits that petitioner has completed 10 years of service and therefore, in view of order dated 29.04.2019 issued by respondent no. 1 petitioner has now became eligible for higher pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400. Petitioner after becoming eligible for higher pay scale has submitted several representation and lastly he submitted on 02.09.2025, however, none of the representation was considered and decided, and therefore, direction be issued to respondent to take decision on pending representation of petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to decide the representation submitted by petitioner, at this stage, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner and nature of grievances raised i.e. increase of pay scale based on letter/order of respondent dated 29.04.2019, instead of 3 / 3 keeping this writ petition pending and seeking reply from respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent authority to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner Annexure P-12 dated 02.09.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the Order.
