Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted route permit from Keyagaria to Basanti. In the said route permit Dharmatala has not been shown as a stoppage wherein time-table provided to the petitioner Dharmatala has been provided as a stoppage. 3. Learned counsel submits that this is causing inconvenience to the petitioner and to the passengers. 4. Learned counsel submits that the representation dated 28th July, 2026 has also not been responded. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that in fact it is a case of modification of permit, however, learned counsel submits that the representation dated 28th July, 2026 shall be considered in accordance with law. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be satisfied if his representation dated 28th July, 2026 is considered and decided expeditiously as per law. 7. In view of the discussions made hereinabove, the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 28th July, 2026 preferably within four weeks of the receipt of this order in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 8. The Authority shall communicate the decision within two weeks of passing of such order. 9. With this observation this petition stands disposed of. 10. Since affidavit has not been filed by the respondents any averments or allegations made in the writ petition are not deemed to have been admitted. 11.
