The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that aggrieved by the order dated 21.12.2024 in W.P.No.14581 of 2020, the State has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1003 of 2026. The Hon’ble Division Bench by order dated 01.06.2026, had granted interim stay.
