The learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that the directions issued have been fully complied with and that the offending constructions have been removed. The memo along with photographs has also been placed on record to state that the offending constructions have been taken down as early as in the year 2020. A recent photograph showing the status as on 06.07.2026 is also produced, which would show that the constructions have been removed. 3.
