In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07th September, 2022 (Annexure-A) and 30th March, 2026 (Annexure-B) for entering the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of the subject land to an extent of 30 guntas in Survey No.11 of Kannurahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District in terms of order passed by the respondent No.2 dated 16th March, 2023 (Annexure-P) in case No.R.A(Ho)699/2022-23. 3. Heard Sri. Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner had passed an order dated 16th March, 2023 (Annexure-P) in Case No.R.A.(Ho)699/2022-23, directing the respondent No.3-Tahsildar to effect the Khata of the subject land to an extent of 30 guntas Survey No.11 of Kannurahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District in favour of the legal heirs of the Manikyam (father of the petitioner). In that view of the matter, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07th September, 2022 (Annexure-A) and 30th March, 2026 (Annexure-B) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
