Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the recovery in the present case is 26 bottles of Phensedyl. Similarly placed other accused persons have been granted bail. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the issue regarding parity. 3. Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Rejaul Sk. @ Rejaul Sekh in CRM (NDPS) 289 of 2026. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1956 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 5. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 6.
