Case No. 30 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the other co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail in B.A. Nos. 5794, 5948 and 10163 of 2025 respectively by the co-ordinate bench. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of entering into the shop. 4. Considering that the other co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by the co-ordinate bench in the aforementioned B.As. and further the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on regular bail. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga, in connection with Kuru P.S.
