Parents have come before this Court seeking direction so that their only son Kinjal Ghosh can come back to them from Delhi and take care of them. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents on instruction submits that petitioners’ son is presently working in Delhi but he is not coming back to his parents and taking care of them. 4. In view of case made out in this writ petition liberty is granted to petitioners to approach jurisdictional authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2 5. Concerned police authorities are also directed to provide necessary assistance to the petitioners, if it is so required. 6. With the aforesaid observations writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
