1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been alleged recovery of 32.670 kg of ganja in the present case. A part of the contraband was seized from the present petitioner.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
3. I have taken into account the quantum of seizure in the present case and I am of the opinion that rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. Having regard to the same I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. Accordingly, C.R.M (NDPS) 1749 of 2026 is dismissed.
5. Learned Trial Court is directed to take steps so that the independent seizure list witnesses are examined at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.
7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
