1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that from the exclusive possession of the petitioner, 100 bottles of Codeine mixture was recovered including 48 bottles of Bronkof-C and 52 bottles of Fairdyl cough syrup.
2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail as commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered.
3. Accordingly, the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted and as such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1967 of 2026 is dismissed.
5. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
