1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved that his terminal benefits, including gratuity, provident fund and leave encashment, have not been paid.
3. The petitioner retired voluntarily sometime in September 2022.
4. As submitted by Mr. Sinha, learned Advocate, appearing for the Bank, the process is in progress to make payment to the petitioner, if he is otherwise eligible, of the gratuity and provident fund and the leave encashment, if he is entitled to the same.
5. The petitioner seeks some time to submit further documents.
6. Let such documents be submitted by September 30, 2026.
7. The respondent Bank will consider and dispose of the request of the petitioner for grant of the afor- stated terminal benefits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the documents.
8. Since the petitioner has also made an application for change of his salary account to a savings

account, the bank is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and if permissible, to allow the same within a period of six weeks from date.
9. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
