This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Polasara PS Case No.313 of 2022 corresponding to ST Case No.15 of 2023 pending in the file of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Kodala for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.341/294/302/34/120-B of IPC, on the main allegation of committing murder of the deceased Panchu Sahu by assaulting him conjointly with other co-accused persons by means of deadly weapons in furtherance of their common intention. 3. Heard Mr. Jyotirmaya Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record together with the evidence of PWs.1 to 13. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into account the evidence of the witnesses so far examined in this case, more particularly that of Pws.8 and 9 keeping in view the allegation against the petitioner on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. In view of the alternative oral prayer as advanced for the petitioner, trial be expedited, if there is no other legal impediment. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the learned trial Court. (G.
