No.1 of 2023 in W.P. No.11488 of 2023. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main writ petition was disposed of on 29.01.2026. Consequently, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication, and the Contempt Case has become infructuous. He therefore prayed that the Contempt Case be closed. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
