City Civil & Sessions Judge and Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Bengaluru to set aside the order passed on 04/05/2026 and also direct the Hon'ble Court t issue NOC to the regional Passport authority to extend the validity of the fullest which is 10 years of validity. As per ANNEXURE. C 2. The petitioner is an accused in criminal proceedings in Crime No.146/2023. Subsequently, an application was filed for modification of the order dated 04.03.2026, as is forthcoming from the order dated 13.03.2026 passed in Special Crime No.218/2024. The said application was dismissed on 04.05.2026, in view of the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.
