2 authority for resolving any dispute as regards the rejection of an applicant’s request for grant of separate metered supply.
5. Since, the Grievance Redressal Officer has already been approached by the petitioner as submitted by the Learned Advocate for the petitioner therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Grievance Redressal Officer to dispose of the petitioner’s application/representation, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from date.
